It was hard for me to post this, it’s my body at 132. It’s hard to imagine I used to be 118. I’m happy that I’m healthier than I was 2 years ago and I finally gained the weight I needed to. I still have bad days mentally, but I’ve learned how to get through them and appreciate my body for what it is. Healthy.
